hey good job on the tabs.
but the lead i think it should be
9-11-13-11--14
and the pre-chorus to me i dont think it would be that simple.
i play it like this
-----------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------
---13------------------------------------
-13----13x---15-13x---12-13x----13x
-----13-----------------------------13---
-----------------------------------------
x - play several times
second part
-----------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------
---13------------------------------------
-13----13x---15-13x---12-13x---15-13x
-----13----------------------------------
-----------------------------------------
* i may be wrong but this is what i observed. pls correct me.
peace.
First of all, AWESOME JOB JEROME! Nice work getting this out so early XD. Are you picking every note? It looks like you are, but you said you're using a delay. so yeah. Also, I agree with siukeong on the lead bit, but I'm not sure about his pre-chorus tabs. But hey, great work! *high-fives jerome*
well after listening to it again here's what i get..
-----------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------
-15-13------------------------------------
----------13x---15-13x---12-13x----13x
-------13-----------------------------13---
-----------------------------------------
second part
-----------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------
---13------------------------------------
-13----13x---15-13x---12-13x---15-13x
-----13----------------------------------
-----------------------------------------
Yah! I'm not pretty sure about the pre-chorus as you see on my tabs. It's quite confusing though!
to Chrizza...
About the bit I actually go out...
Ooooopsy!
tabbing is like that. somehow there will just be some part we forgo. heh.
god bless and you guys helped me a lot. i dont need to spend time figuring it out myself xD
hey how did you find the full version of this song? The cd isnt out yet is it?
this cd will only be for sale in the aussie. you can ship it in if you want.
Nice stuff! but i do have a few suggestions:
first of all the intro + verse i play like this:
---------------------------
-9---11---13---11------14--
---------------------------
---------------------------
---------------------------
---------------------------
And the chorus is plays by 2 guitars which play:
-------------------
-------------------
-------------------
--6---13---10---8--
-------------------
--4---11---8----6--
and:
-------------------
-------------------
--10---17---13--12-
-------------------
--8----15---11--10-
-------------------
Or you could play it on 1 guitar(which is difficult):
-------------------
-------------------
--10---17---13--12-
---6---13---10---8--
-------------------
-------------------
so thats what i thought!
by the way, i can't wait to have more of the songs tabbes by you guys! amazing stuff!
God bless!
-----------------------------------------
------13--11---------------------------------
----13--13--13--12-13-12-13-------------------------
--13--------------------
---------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------
i just wanted to say that you could capo the first fret and play just C G Em x2 and C G Em D Em for the last two choruses.
i also wanted to say that the correct pre chorus is played like this
-----------------8----------
-9---"11-9"(5x)---9-(5x)----
----------------------------
----------------------------
----------------------------
----------------------------
i changed the 10 to 11
great tab though!
nigel has released a video on the hillsong youtube channel and hes playing the prechorus section completly differently is there any chance someone can look at this video and tab it out?
Sounds awesome. . .
How Nigel Plays It:
Pre-Chorus:
------8-4---6-4---3-4---4-----
--4-6-----4-----4-----6---6-4-
------------------------------ (x7)
------------------------------
------------------------------
------------------------------
--4--6--8--11--
--6--8--9--13--

Wish I would have just looked in the comments to find the Nigel video pre-chorus, instead of taking a while to figure out what he was doing.
Prechorus:
------8p4---6p4----3h4---4------
--6p4-----4-----/4-----6---6p4--
--------------------------------
--------------------------------
--------------------------------
