Unfortunately the recording quality isn't great - you can't hear the reverb and the delay is a little washed out but the settings are as follows:
Lead:
Neck pickup
Clean Boost
Delay settings:
E level - Full
Feedback Level - 1/4 to 1/3
Tone - Full.
Reverb
Second:
Bridge pickup
Overdrive (Jekyll and Hyde, Drive at 1/2)
Delay - Same delay as Lead
Reverb.
For reverb for the second guitar it needs to be strong enough that it almost drowns out the strokes on the strings. Can't hear it too well on the recording.

I don't think you should be picking each note. My thought on this song is that delay should be the second iteration of each note. So you really only pick twice to get the 4 notes. Of course, 2 and 3 would overlap, but it sounds nice and full. Just my two pennies :)
