God is Able

By Kenny

Hillsong has several videos of their guitarists demonstrating the lead and rhythm parts of their songs from the latest God is Able album. It's really useful, and here are both lead and rhythm parts for God is Able. It may not be 100% correct but I think you can get by with this, but do check with the video!

Lead
Put a capo on the 4th fret... all tabs are written as if there is no capo, so a "4" is actually the open string, and a "6" is on the 3rd dot of your fretboard.

Strum B abit...

I actually find that in God is Able when playing that lead riff you get a much prettier sound if you slide, rather than hammer. Like this:

e-------------11h12-11------------|
B-14s12s14s12---------------------|
G---------------------------------|
D---------------------------------|
A---------------------------------|
E---------------------------------|

Yeah, but yeah :)
