Sing Sing Sing

Here's the instrumental to Sing Sing Sing by Chris Tomlin. It uses this technique where you play a note on one string, and bend a note on the string directly below to the same note. So the same note is playing on two strings, but one plucked as normal, the other bent. I bent the string slightly too little in the video below, but you get the idea..

For the rest of the song, follow the bass with some light distortion on the verse, and strum power chords/chords on the top three strings for the chorus.

Nice Kenny.
I'm a bit confused with the time signature.
Can you tell me if it's 3/4 or 4/4?

Thank you.

Keep up the good work.

By Top strings do you mean the first three strings: e-B-G? or the last Bottom strings E-A-D?

Kenny,

Have you thought about making the bend eaiser by moving it up the neck and playing on the G and B strings? (ie., 12th fret b string). Because the finger position is stronger you can also throw more vibrato on the unbent notes. The tone is a little different but still is "cutting". just a thought. Thanks for the tabs dude.

It would be nice if you could increase the frame rate on the camera, I get the big idea, but many parts are missing.

... Or is it just youtube?
