Forever (Tabs)

Here're the tabs for my arrangement of Forever... What I've done is to make the song have a more youthful rock feel to it. There are two videos because I left out some parts initially.. see the 2nd video for the complete version.

The electric comes in with (using dotted 8th note delay)

And (play each note 4 times):

This is very interesting if you think of what Kenney does here from a guitar/thoery standpoint.
He is playing a 5th interval, just like a power chord but at a higher octave.
He starts with his 1st finger on the 3rd string, 9th fret, an E note.
Using his pinky on the 2nd string, 12th fret he plays a SIMULTANEOUS B note which is the 5th scale step in the key of E.
He then moves that pinky note down to the 4th note, which is on the
10th fret second string, and then down one more step to the third note of the scale, on the 9th fret second string.
The tab says to hold the 1st. string 12th fret, but it did not sound good when I did that.
If you hold the 4th string at the
9th fret along with the 3rd string, it will sound even more full, since that is a B note, the octave of the higher one and also the 5th note of the scale.
