Running After You (intro, bridge-chorus)

I'm proud to introduce to you guys the first post from Gerald, who has kindly volunteered to contribute lessons and tabs here:

------

Running After You is a fairly simple song to play. It's in the key of B. One of Planetshakers' more well known songs.

I'm using chord inversions around the conventional B barre chord for the song's introduction and chorus. And back to open chords for the verses and conventional barre chords for the breakdown.

The chord inversions I used can be used for acoustic guitars playing the song to sound "fuller" and less "choked" as barre chords tend to "choke" up an acoustic guitar's sound when playing a fast song.

Oh and I'm using an acoustic guitar because my electric guitar's in for maintenance. :P

Tabs:
Here are the inversions used in the Intro-Verse video and in the breakdown. I mainly use them for the intro and chorus.

B: -x-2-4-4-2-2-
F#: -2-x-4-4-x-x-
G#m: -4-x-4-4-x-x-
E: -0-x-2-2-0-0-

The chords used during the instrumental before the breakdown. The chords with the asterisk(*) are the transition chords to the breakdown.

G#m: -4-6-6-4-4-4-
F#: -2-4-4-3-2-2-
E: -0-2-2-1-0-0-

E*: -x-7-9-9-7-7-
D#m*:-x-6-8-8-6-6-

*Note from Kenny: try B/D#: –x-7-8-9-6-x- too*
B*: -x-2-4-4-2-2-
