- Have a quick listen to the 4 soundclips below - the first two are recordings of my church's worship in 2006, and the last two are from 2007, and

-3 = done much worse
-2 = fared somewhat worse
-1 = done slightly poorly
0 = no change
1 = fared slightly better
2 = done somewhat better
3 = immense improvement.

i pritty much agree agree with everything that daryl said like the vocals could have bit better harmonizing and pitch and the band could do a bit better on tempo.
