In the Mystery

Here's In the Mystery from Saviour King. The intro/verse riff is quite nice, though somewhat like a musical tongue twister. It's quite complicated to play, so I played it again at the end, at a much slower pace. Note the mutes there!

Dave has also made a pdf version of the verse, download it here.

Intro
Lead Guitar (the tricky riff) - x = LH mute, bold = RH palm mute.
-14---------14---------------------------------
----16-(x6)----16-x-16-x-16--14----14-16-14h16-
--------------------------------15-------------
-----------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------

Rhythm Guitar
-----------------
-----4--------4--
---4--------4----
-4------4s6------
-----------------

Chords: B G#m

Verse
Lead guitar - same as intro, play throughout.

Rhythm Guitar
------------------0--------
-----4--------4---0--4--2--
---4--------4-----1--4--3--
-4------4s6-------2--------
------------------2--------
------------------0--4--2--

Pre-Chorus:

-------14h16-16-------14h16-16-12-14--
--------------------------------------
--------------------------------------

Play twice, followed by:

Play G#m E to go to 'Hallelujah', which uses the same chords as the chorus.

Why dont you play "14h16" on the video- intro when it's on the notes? that can confuse some players I think

Hey Kenny.
I'm playing this part this Friday for my youth group's Outreach.

I just wanted to thank you for this, and also ask a question.

What settings do you use on your POD XTL for this song?

If you feel unhappy under the pressure of on-the-go life pace typical of white-collars, you can first do refreshing, carrying the comfortable cotton and linen canvas replica handbags across your body and begin a soul-friendly trip. Louis Vuitton house, taking your conditions into account, spare you from the overwhelming texture of lumbersome leather.
